Each week on “CEO Spotlight” host Ethan Bearman interviews a CEO doing something unique and tries to glean from them what they’ve learned along the way.
This week Bearman was joined by Jeff Tangney, the CEO and founder of Doximity, a social network for doctors that was built with HIPPA (patient privacy) regulations in mind. The platform, which got it’s start in 2005, is utilized by 72% of U.S. physicians today and has even been credited with saving lives.
Tangney shared the company’s history, explained the hurdles of HIPPA in patient care and revealed what he would change if he could do it all over again.
