“Me Too” knows no boundaries, San Quentin inmate gets justice for sexual abuse by staff member

One half of the San Francisco Chronicle’s “Matier & Ross” joined Armstrong & Getty to talk about a unique local sexual harassment case that took place right over the Golden Gate bridge.

Andy Ross shared the details of a story he covered involving a male inmate at San Quentin (serving a life term for murder), and the female vocational janitorial counselor who he claimed used him for sex and retaliated when he refused, in one instance resulting in nine months of isolation for him.

The case, which began in 2012, went to court, and the jury took the side of the inmate!

Listen to Armstrong & Getty’s conversation with Ross below for the full story.
