The science behind hypnosis

Hypnosis isn’t just a mythical practice confined to the county fair, magic shops and the big screen. Nor is it as simple as a two-toned swirling wheel. It’s a science that has useful applications in the real world, including the the ability to help people vanquish their most stubborn habits.  

Even with research behind it, the idea of surrendering control of the mind can be a scary one, especially with so many myths circulating on the topic.
