This may be the internet age, but we can’t pick up The World Almanac without flipping through it. To help us usher in the new year, Sarah Janssen, senior editor of The World Almanac and Book of Facts 2019, joined us with a preview. It’s over 1,000 pages of facts, photos, statistics and fun put into a $15 book. Special attention this year is given to the Top Ten news stories including the 2018 election results, immigration, refugees & asylum, the Opioid epidemic and the rising number & historic cost of natural disasters.
