Ronn talked with Dr. Helen Marrow of Tufts University about a study she did answering the question: Do you ever seriously consider moving abroad? Roughly one third of respondents actually said yes. You would think from that big a number that it would be political dissatisfaction with President Trump fueling that desire, but that’s not the case. The main reason people consider becoming an ex-pat is the simple desire to explore the world. Surprisingly, whether a person identifies as liberal or conservative had no correlation to their hopes of moving overseas.
