President Trump has changed his mind. Friday, he said whether Robert Mueller should testify before congress should be decided by the Attorney General, Bob Barr, who said he has no objection. But yesterday he said Mueller should not. We were joined by Washington Post National Security reporter Shane Harris, who discussed whether the President has the right to block an appearance by the Special Consul and what happens if a contempt of Congress citation is issued.
