2PM: The LA Times just ran a study on how well teachers teach their students and want to make it public knowledge. Many teachers are outraged at the study and claim it is an inaccurate test of teachers performance and they should not be judged on it. Gil speaks with A.J. Jan Brewer called U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton's Wednesday decision halting the law ``a bump in the road,'' and the state appealed to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco on Thursday. Attorney Stephen Montoya, legal representative for two police officers in Arizona who have filed a lawsuit against the Arizona Immigration law, speaks to Gil about the issue of illegal immigration.

Civil liberties advocates decried a Democratic proposal that would require all workers in the United States to carry an ID card with biometric identifiers.
