SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- San Jose police have arrested three suspects in a home burglary that led to the lockdown of three nearby elementary schools.
The burglary happened this morning in the 1300 block of Wylie Way. The person living in the home called police and ran from her house when three men broke in.
She gave police the license number of a car leaving the area.
Police asked three schools, Payne, Anderson and Discovery Charter, to shelter in place while they searched for suspects.
Three people were arrested a short time later and the shelter in place order was lifted.
