Kim Foster began her career at KGO Radio in 1995 as a reporter and fill-in anchor for news and sports. After a brief stop at a dot com, Kim returned to KGO Radio in 2005. Kim is considered a jack of all trades at KGO, working as a news reporter and anchor, traffic anchor as well as sports anchor. In December 2011, she was named anchor of the midday news from 12-2pm. Kim began her radio career 25 years ago in San Luis Obispo after graduating from Cal Poly, SLO with a degree in Journalism. 

 

Kim was an all-american swimmer at Florida State University where she studied communications. She is married with three children, two daughters and a son, and lives in Walnut Creek.
