The manhunt in Colorado for Columbine-obsessed teenager, Sol Pais, has ended after officials found her dead from a self-inflicted gun shot wound. FBI Agent Dean Phillips confirmed that her body was found at the base of Mount Evans, which is located approximately an hour and a half outside of Denver.

Pais traveled to Colorado from her hometown in Miami, Florida on Monday night and was said to have made a “credible and general” threat. Many Colorado school districts closed the doors of all schools on Wednesday, including Columbine High School. The 18-year-old purchased a pump-action shotgun after her arrival in Colorado. This is the same gun she used to commit suicide with.

Officials have uncovered a morbid website, thought to be owned by Pais, which includes disturbing entries and illustrations regarding depression, suicide and references to “plans”. Many pages of the website include references to the Columbine High School shooting.

Our hosts discussed the Pais situation and the 20th anniversary of the shooting today.
