Hurricane Dorian is moving very slowly and to explain why and answer a few other hurricane questions Ronn Owens welcomed our own KGO meteorologist, Mark Thompson. Ronn and Mark talked about how all weekend we were hearing about Florida and how now it may not even hit the state, had him explain the various categories and explain how when a hurricane isn’t moving at all, it is still able to gain strength.
