Fire and wind remain the top issues people are talking about, so with that in mind Ronn Owens talked with KTVU-TVs Tom Vacar, who has been covering the Kincade Fire since it started five days ago. They discussed preparations made for today and tonight’s next wind onslaught, along with PG&E’s power shutoffs and how the CPUC shares much responsibility too.
