Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed Congress on Wednesday, pleading for more U.S. aid as Ukraine deals with Russian military forces.

Zelenskyy called for the U.S. to enforce a no-fly zone, citing previous attacks on U.S. soil like Pearl Harbor and 9/11.

He closed his speech by addressing President Biden in English: “You are the leader of the nation, of your great nation. I wish you to be the leader of the world. Being the leader of the world means to be the leader of peace.
